Hillsboro -- Fred Cronk, former Hillsboro resident died Monday at Griffin, GA word has been received here. Mr. Cronk operated a motel after moving from this area. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Allen Cronk. Surviving are his wife, Wilma; a daughter, Nita Kay; a brother, Freeman Cronk of Hillsboro and a sister, Mrs. Iva Keller of Veedersburg. Friends may call at the Crumley Funeral Home in Hillsboro between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Thursday. Graveside rites will be 4 p.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery in Frankfort.
